Greg specializes in complex real estate development with experience spanning luxury resorts, assisted living facilities, and upscale commercial properties. Leveraging his experience as the Sr. Vice President of NAI Excel, Greg brings a unique perspective to the projects he leads at Philo. He is the current chairman of the Southern Utah Housing Authority, has served on several boards including the Institute of Business Integrity at Dixie State University, and was an original investor of Sand Hollow Resort in Hurricane, Utah. Greg holds an MBA and degree in accounting. Born and raised in St. George, Utah, Greg enjoys pickleball, soccer, and spending time outdoors with his family.
